Hi, my name is Gary Davis, and I’m the founder of Tyger Tea. I’ve spent most of my life in far Northern California surrounded by the breathtaking majesty of the Coast Redwood trees. Growing up next to the Pacific Ocean, in an area abundant in natural beauty, has given me a deep appreciation for the wonders found all around us in the forests, mountains, plains, deserts, rivers, lakes, and oceans of the world. And nothing is more wonderful than the animals that live in those environments.
My late wife Kelly was a tea drinker who loved animals more than anything. If she’d had her way, our entire house would have been full of animals. Two of her rescues, our cats Indy and Gracie (little tygers), are sleeping somewhere in the house as I write this. They were her furry babies.
She also greatly enjoyed seeing wild animals, and we saw a lot living here and in Alaska. Kelly would have loved the idea of functional teas crafted to support women’s health, that at the same time provide help to animals.
Tyger Tea’s commitment to animal welfare in general, and wildlife conservation in particular is unwavering.
